Since 1966, We have been involved in the construction of over 1000 homes. Our involvement in every aspect of Home Construction over the years, ensures that you, the customer, has the most qualified, knowledgeable Home Inspector available today. We began our Home Inspection service in 1992, and have been growing ever since. But do not worry, we treat every client, as if they were our only client. Tom Barber & Associates is a full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as a fully licensed Class A contractor in the State of Virginia. Furthermore we are listed with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and able to perform a wide variety of Radon testing and Mitigation. Tom Barber & Associates is NOT a franchise, we are a fully independent inspector, whose only mission is to serve you, our customer. We strongly believe in the Inspector/Client relationship, and do not believe in trying to sell you books or our construction services.
